2. Competition

EM2GO is organizing a competition as part of the fan meeting. Participants have the opportunity to take part in the prize draw by filling out the digital entry form.
Prizes include:

3x 1 EM2GO Mobile Charger each

Cash payment, alteration, transfer or exchange of the prize is excluded.

3. Eligibility

All natural persons residing in Germany who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.

Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants if false information is provided, multiple entries are made or attempts at manipulation are detected.

4. Participation Period

Participation is only possible during the fan meeting and the person must be physically present at the fan meeting location.

The closing date for entries is May 16, 2026.

Entries received after the closing date cannot be considered.

5. Participation Process

Participation takes place by scanning the QR code and completely filling out the digital entry form.

Required for participation are:

• First name and last name
• Email address
• Confirmation of legal age
• Agreement to the terms and conditions of participation and data protection notices

Only one entry per person is allowed.

6. Winner Determination

After the end of the participation period, a total of three winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.

Each winner will receive an EM2GO Mobile Charger.

7. Winner Notification

The winners will be drawn on site and the prizes will then be handed over to the winners.

If a winner is not present at the time of the draw, the organizer reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Cancellation or Modification of the Competition

The organizer reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons. This applies in particular to technical problems, manipulation, misuse or legal reasons.

9. Liability

The organizer is not liable for defects, technical malfunctions, failures, delays or transmission errors that are beyond its control.

The organizer is only liable for damages caused by the use of the prize in cases of intent or gross negligence.

10. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.

11. Miscellaneous

The competition is not connected to any social network or platform, even if it is advertised there. It is carried out exclusively by D-Parts GmbH / EM2GO.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
