Your responsibilities:

- Customer Support & Sales: Expanding and maintaining our customer base in the field of charging stations, with a focus on the entire charging portfolio.
- New Customer Acquisition: Actively acquiring new business partners and building long-term relationships.
- Product Presentations & Consulting: Presenting our products to customers, at trade fairs and events.
- Offers & Negotiations: Creating offers and leading contract negotiations.
- Market Analysis: Monitoring market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities.
- Teamwork: Close collaboration with Marketing, Logistics, and Product Development.
Your Profile
- Commercial training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in sales, ideally in the e-mobility sector, communication and

- Trade fair visits & willingness to travel (car driver's license required)

Your tasks:
- Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of EV charging stations
- Troubleshooting, technical support, and telephone customer service
- Documentation of service assignments and technical feedback to the team
- Collaboration with and support for the product management department
Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician/electrician or comparable qualification (EFKffT)
- Experience in EV charging technology or EV wall boxes is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Good IT skills
- Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Friendly demeanor and technical understanding
