Description
With the EM2GO EV charging station with two Type 2 sockets, two e-vehicles can be charged simultaneously with up to 11kW safely and quickly. During charging, connected Type 2 charging cables are locked. Charging cables can be permanently locked to use the charging station as a cable variant. The EM2GO charging station with intelligent control has a variety of communication interfaces including Ethernet, WiFi and a cellular modem for secure and fast transmission via EDGE, 3G or LTE/4G.
The charging station has an integrated local load management for up to 16 charging stations to share the available power. Furthermore, the OCPP 1.6-J and ModBus TCP standards are supported for monitoring and control with, for example, a central management system (backend) or a photovoltaic system. With the cellular modem, secure mobile data transmission is possible via EDGE, 3G or LTE/4G with the appropriate SIM card.
Two calibrated energy meters (MID) integrated into the charging station, whose values can also be read directly at the charging station for control purposes, enable tamper-proof and kilowatt-hour-accurate billing. Furthermore, the charging station has a integrated five-inch touchscreen display that provides information on the status of the charging points, the charging status, as well as charging voltage, current and power.
An RFID reader for authentication is also available. The charging station offers the highest level of safety with the built-in residual current circuit breaker (RCBO) and the residual current sensitive unit (RCMU) to protect against fault currents and overloads. Furthermore, the charging station provides protection against over/under voltage, fault currents, short circuits and high temperatures.
An LED band indicates the status of the wallbox and informs about the proper charging process. The two cylinder locks allow easy installation and protect against theft. The steel housing is specified according to IP65 and IK08 and allows outdoor use. A stand column for up to two charging stations is available as an accessory.
The EV charging station is delivered together with the becharged dashboard. After registration, the charging station can be conveniently controlled and managed via the central dashboard, including a web app. The becharged dashboard includes the overview of the charging station/user and graphical evaluations of the charging processes. For reporting purposes, the transactions that have taken place can be exposed. Simple load management allows to limit the amount of electricity used by the charging station. Additional functions, such as billing services, can be enabled through value-added services in the becharged dashboard.
