If you have connection problems, please note the following
Is the watch charged and turned on? First try pressing the side button. If the display does not come on, the watch is turned off or the battery is empty. Press and hold the side button (the top button if there are two buttons) for about 5 seconds. If the display does not turn on, charge the watch. To do this, use the charging unit included in the delivery. Press the back of the charging unit so that it opens. Place the charging unit so that the contacts on the back of the watch are in contact with the pins on the charging clip. The charging unit can be connected to any USB-A charger or the USB-A port on a computer. As soon as the watch is charging, a battery symbol appears on the display. The charging time is about 3 hours, depending on the battery level. When the battery is fully charged, this is shown on the display.
Is there another smartphone nearby that is connected to the watch? If you have previously connected to another smartphone, please turn off the Bluetooth function on the other smartphone so that the connection with the watch is disconnected. Then try to connect the watch to the smartphone again. Make sure that you remove the watch from all smartphones that are no longer used with the watch. To do this, remove the watch in the FontaFit max app and the Bluetooth settings of the smartphone.
Restart the Bluetooth function of the smartphone. If the watch is turned on and close to the smartphone, but the watch cannot be found via the FontaFit max app, try turning the Bluetooth function on your smartphone off and on.
Try restarting your smartphone. If restarting the Bluetooth function does not help, restart the smartphone.
Data is not transferred to the smartphone during training. During a workout or while the watch is registering movements, the data is not automatically transferred to the smartphone. Synchronize the data manually via the FontaFit max app by swiping from top to bottom on the home screen or wait until you have finished the workout. The data will then be automatically transferred to the smartphone.
