To remove an account in the EM2APP and completely delete associated data, please proceed as follows:

1. Remove all charging stations from the app by tapping the three dots in the top right corner of the home screen and opening Settings .
2. Select Remove charging station to delete the charging station from your account.
3. Repeat the process for all other charging stations.
4. Once all charging stations have been removed, tap the three dots in the top right again and select Delete Account .
5. Now enter the password for your account and click Delete Account .
6. Your account and all associated data will now be immediately and permanently removed from the smartphone and servers.

Note: Deletion cannot be undone. Removed data is irretrievably lost.
